Isha just go to paypal site and log into personal account.
There you must give your personal details and bank accoutn.
After three days they will send you some money to verify your account.

Money in Paypal account will be in dollars... so these dollars will automatically get converted into rupees and transfered to our bank account or there is another process for it? can you please explain.
First browse paypal.com and register. while registering you will get a column that Ifx code. that is your bank accounts contains this code . so you need to contact your bank and find this code and fill this column. then only the money which come into paypal can be transferred to bank as Indian money.
But there is a small drawback in paypal that is , if any one transfer some amount into your paypal account and if they want it back they can extract it back. So there is no security. that means if you want to use paypal then whenever anyone transfer the amount , you need to transfer it to you bank immediately or else you may get cheated by the people.
I suggest you to prefer alert pay. Now this is much popular and used by the people . It also like paypal and secured one.
