What is all about Food Bill which was recently in news?

At present the government supplies certain amount of rice and wheat every month to the BPL families through ration shops but under the food bill the government will give a legal entitlement to the poor for a certain quota of wheat and rice per month at very cheaper rate...

BPL stands for 'Below the Poverty Line'. Those who live in acute poverty are the target group applying an income criterion!
