Evaluation is a constant process and post-training evaluation is important in the sense it helps to track the progress of an individual in ascertaining how effectively he or she has responded to the training.
Training makes peoples perfect...So Post training evaluation is important to know the performance of the people those who participate in the training.....
It also helps to spot deficiencies and arrange for further training to take care of them!
Post training evaluation helps the management to decide what kind or level of job responsibility an employee can be assigned or in simple word, who can do which work.
Post training evaluation reveals how much an individual has improved aftertraining.This is in a way an evaluation of training programme itself.
Employees are the internal customers of an organisation.Through this evaluation,they can identify their potential staff and their unique qualities.It also gives a feedback for the improvement needs in the trg process.
