Getting a mini laptop for Rs.18000 is possible but i cannt find normal laptop in that range. with less configuration can we purchase a notebook with that price? :huh:

Plese refer to few good sites like Naaptol.Dell and Lonove notebooks are there in your range.

I don't think so. Branded companies are good but the prices will be higher than 20,000. Local made is not 100% reliable.

It is always to do a through research work before going to buy anything and during these moments google search comes in handy and I also think the links provided by the members here will help the cause....Yes, it is possible to get a laptop below Rs 20,000 in India but it's my personal suggestion that you go for a branded one when going for laptops...

Today you may not find a various type of laptop at a range of 18 k.You only found a mini Laptop on that range with less facility.If you want a standard laptop you pay at least 25 k.

A laptop range begins with 16k these days with almost all the features and if you want to go for a mini laptop you can get it below 15K with almost all the facilities again minus DVD player.

Yes in 20000 we can get the normal laptop with the dualcore processor. I have just recently seen such laptops in market. So yes we can get a good one in just 20000.

Companies are coming up various models with various features. If you want it for remaining connected with internet, 3000+ is enough for the same. Although tha is not a full fledged laptop.
