I find Maslow's needs theory to be a great insightful work on relating needs to motivation.It's a very scientific approach.
Just live fully in the present moment. If you live in the past or the future you are not able to make things happen in the present.....
Aim the highest objectives.Look to the persons who achieved it.Try to be so.
