More awareness about consumer rights and enforcement of these through consumer courts can make the movement successful. The middle class is rising in India and buying many new products and gadgets. This new emerging consumer class is aware of their rights and insist on competitive price, quality and good after sale services. The product sellers are also consequently spending more on after sale services.
