No it should not be as in the last couple of years they are able to accumulate money for themselves, otherwise rest of the years they spend for their family and for the marriage and education of their children.

What a huge difference it would create friend, and I think that changing the retirement age by two years could hardly make any difference and I am quite happy with the present age of retirement... :)
