    *The behavior of higher employee.
    *The salary.
    *Must not work heart full.

    We human beings are afraid of anything unknown.We do not know how will the change in an organisation affect us .Hence we try to resist the change.

    It happens more when you grow old in the existing organisation.The personality becomes cemented and repeated activity done on regular basis comes within the habits and comfort level develops which can't accept the change pleasantly.
