is Cash credit made for article on content length basis or value basis.

Of course the cash credits depend on the length of the article however, the quality of the content is also an important parameter. It cannot be either of the two but both.
Cash credit is never decided upon length of article because if I write a 100 line worth less article I am not going to get any cash credit this is totally based on quality article
Primarily the content of the article decides the credit. More important issues of national or international issues get more cash. Thus an article on comparativestudy of ancient Roman and Indian civilization will give more credit than that on Indian and Western cinema. Then there would be deduction for bad grammar and style.
I don't think so.In my experience cash credit to articles are purely based on length of the article. No matter the article has national importance or international importance
The basic credit will be given on length basis first and the more quality articles will get extra credit. You can see this in many articles.
Maverick has given the answer for this question.

I would add here that if the content has mistakes of spelling, grammar or if the content is irrelevent with no meaning then the basic points should also be decreased.

This will help maintaining the standard of this site.

First in place, why should we approve such articles which has excessive mistakes?
Yes,Articles with excessive mistakes have to be rejected.
I had posted 16 articles so far and 15 0f them published.14 of them were more than 1000 words.
4 of them international issues.4 of them health related.4 of them Science and nature related. One on sports. One on latest technology (and this got less credit due to less words. How can a new technology be elaborated?)
Sorry I think 12 of 15 of my articles have more than 1000 words.
i write my own articles i hard work think i also read newspapers now but i write small articles i get less money for them i think some day my articles will start getting good money for them
yes articles cash credit is given on base of length of the article but i also seen some articles which are so long but less cash for that so i can say it also depend on quality of article you write
Even though i am a new member to this site, but from what I saw, think that both counts. The base credit is given on the length, and then increments and decrements are done depending on the quality of the article.
