Once the candidate is selected he/she will be sent appointment letter with salary details.The payment depends on the work done.For example for the Essay writers job,the main task is writing SOPs and resumes.An amount is fixed for writing each SOP and resume.At the end of every month,the no of written SOPs and resume will be counted and the total amount will be credited to the bank account of that employee.
