Ban Bollywood remakes?

are remakes a good option and do they recreate that magic or simply spoils the magic :woohoo:

    I personally don't like remake movies and remake songs.In south,the songs of illayaRaja are badly re modified. The originality of the songs are really missing.

    We should leave this to viewers. The remakes appear original to those who never saw the original. Remakes may entertain as parodies.

    originality of films, songs gets lost or forgotten because remakes are just like funky types.. people start liking it. so, i am against remaking bollywood.. one needs to be creative and imaginative.

    Many like parodies. Remakes are nothing but parodies. Let us enjoy these also.

    Remakes are undeniably another form of creativity - some may be good while some may be atrociously worse, but it never harms to enjoy the ones that are good and like, Gulshan says, parodies of some original movies. Sometimes these can be enjoyable and delightful too!

    But all in all unscrupulously making remakes of every old movie is not desirable.

    many of the telugu and tamil movies are remaked it should be not done because taste of the tamil people differs from taste of telugu people......na.....tht's why...

    Remake movies always lose the originality and dubbing also dont give exact expression of the actors..But Banning is not a good.
