Are you able to distance yourself from your problems and look at them objectivel

It is about existential angst. Some people deal it philosophically others involve religion. Have you observed how people of various religious faiths deal with their suffering? A Muslim regards his/her pain is what Allah wishes, so they pray to Allah to give them strength to bear the pain. A Christian prays to god to the pain away. Man suffers because some guy called Adam had an apple offered to him by his wife, the Fall of Man. A Hindu or any body following any Indian religion regards pain/joy as his karmic results.

Not everyone can do it.Sumit...You should have the power to control your emotions and show it only when it's needed and at the right place..

When you are under stress you can tell yourself...This too shall pass...

Although it's always desirable to be rational and make an objective study but it's so difficult in practical life!

It is very difficult to foresee the problems in all scenarios.But in this world,nothing is permanent.Neither happiness nor sadness. So,it is better not to strain too much and take life as it comes. :)

Generally, i am able to solve my problems. If you act patiently and properly and according to law, you are not likely to get problems and even if you get, you can solve. Some times, problems are insoluble. Accepting this is also a solution. Some times, other well wishers and experts can help solve problems.

It's basically an attitude towards life and looking dispassionately at issues helps us in taking correct decisions in life!

I cannot say i am completely able to keep away problems from reaching me as without problem maybe human race could not have find anything...Problem should be faced bravely and wise decision should definetely clear some problems..
