Ok-- Let me give you in short

Important Guidelines for submitting weblinks:
1. Can post maximum 5 links per day.
2. Only 5 links per domain are allowed.
3. Links should be clickable.
4. No posts allowed in new blogs with less traffic.

Small correction: posting links in your blogs are allowed provided they are NOT new blogs.
