    Self interest and selfishness is the main motivating factor. All other feelings are subordinated to selfishness. Nobody loves a pet. He only plays with a pet for past time as a toy. As you love the taste of meat, you will eat this even if you play with pets. Moreover, the pets and slaughtered animals are not same. The hens and goat are seldom pets. These are to eat. Dogs and cats are pets. You also use dogs for watch.

    Rearing the pets is for utilising it for some other purpose. So why should hesitate to eat it as it is one of the objective of rearing?

    Eating meat is unwanted!! That is not required at all. :)

    Taste of tongue is main driving force to make such a blunder.. :(

    We can cut vegetable to eat but you can not cut goat to eat as a vegetable so avoid eating meat.

    I agree we shd Avoid Eating meat....

    We love the dog if he is our pet...at the same time throw stone at street dog...what a discrimination
