Our thoughts are the products of an intricate psychological process.In our lives how many times we succeed in controlling our thoughts.What is your view?

Most of the time I control my thoughts, but in some unavoidable situations thoughts control us.
Most of the time our thoughts control us. It is difficult but not impossible to control our thoughts.. :)
I agree with Kumaresh!!! it is our thoughts that control us mostly! :)
The thoughts are the output. These result from thinking. So, thinker is the controller. Here we should differentiate between positive and active thinking and stray thoughts/ sheer habits that are really no thoughts. Also ready made opinions under undue influence of others are not thoughts. Thus an active and independent thinker controls the thoughts.
Yes Gulshan,the thoughts which emanate from our consciousness that is out of the deeper recess of our minds,most of us are only concerned with that!
