    I think Income taxes and other taxes are what we are giving to the society from the money we earn.. :cheer: though it is not properly been used by govt...

    Other than that i think we make up society and if we be good and develop ourself and the surrounding area then automatically in someway the society can be benefitted...

    Most of these things are poosible if executed properly but in today world we dont have time to think about these things.

    Well, I guess most of us pay income tax,road tax, house tax etc plus other taxes...

    what is significant here is how much are we aware on keeping the society clean and free of undesirable elements?? By ensuring that we do not litter streets, waste water and electricity more than our needs, etc. is equivalent to giving our dues back to society that we live in!

    kalyani- The various taxes are just our contribution to society for common expenses. We cannot say that we are giving these. You get from society for your work. Nobody will pay you more than you give. The only people who get more than what they give are the thieves, other criminals and corrupt. You have rightly commented that we should keep our society neat and clean and free of undesirable elements.
