Friends,
The country has been witnessing so much of blood-letting in recent times.A few hours after we celebrated the birth anniversary of Lord Buddha more than a few hundred innocent passenger had to pay with their lives for the sins of a few in a ghastly train accident.Are we getting increasingly violent in our thoughts and actions?

@Chinmoy, this is because we are given to idolizing and worshiping wise men but not their wisdom! We merely accept such people as our demi-gods, put them on the pedestal and worship them, but completely forget and ignore the very ideals and philosophies that we idolized them for!!
It is example enough that a small blasphemy against Buddha would erupt into a violent riot of great proportions and similar events in other religions too!
