The best way to remove stress is to do the thing we love most daily for sometime. All the activities like hearing Music,watching dance,watchind movie,gardening,singing,dancing etc will be the favourites of some people. So they can get themselves involved in their favourite activities and relieve from stress.

Now we have laughing clubs coming up in different parts of the country.I hear from some of their members that they are getting good results in bursting stress in their daily lives.
Besides laughing clubs... watcing or reading comedy strips is definitely the best way to de stress. Even munching on your favorite dish.. will help.

If we are clear about its objectives behind this meditation which is essentially to de-stress our strung nerves and it goes to the credit of our sages thousands of years ago who could so perfectly realize the importance of it in leading a healthy life and invented Yogic exercises for it.
Every religion including mines has given some or the other ways of relieving stress and restoring faith in our respective religions and Gods.

The need of the day is only to identify and practice them regularly by taking time out of our life for such activities on daily basis.
