After all we are mortals and imperfect but the question that always agitate my mind is that how often do we undertake a dispassionate and detached view of our own actions.Please share your views.

Personally, I do not introspect much and go by routine. I attempt to go by rules and do no undue harm to anyone. I also strive for perfection in my job.
However, when something wrong goes, I review the circumstances and my role with a view to improve.
