Harvard Economist Suggests Tax on E-Mail!

Now spammers beware! Mr.Gregory Mankiw has suggested imposing a tax on usage of e-mails.There are an estimated 1.4 billion e-mail users and just think of the kind whopping revenues the governments would earn if his suggestion is accepted and implemented.
