Ajmal Kasab, Pakistan terrorist and main victim of Mumbai terrorist attack 26/11. Mumbai special court justice Tahilyani announced his decision today gets death sentenced due to caused 72 people was death on their attack.
In this connection some of the TV s conducted SMS poll the resulted that 95% Indians are supported the decision of Justice Tahilyani.

I have already commented today in these forums that the Kasab case is rarest of the rare justifying death sentence. As expected the Hon'ble Judge has very aptly sentenced Kasab to death. If even in such a case, death sentence is not given, there would be no justification of death penalty in law.
