I think after posting the articles,the members can view the article and see how it looks.If there is any formatting problem,they can very well edit it and correct the mistakes.
@Lohit,
It seems now you are busy with your editor job. Are you also writing articles?

Lohit- I am happy to see you as editor. But I wish more politeness from one who speaks from post of authority. I suggest that instead of saying- " I will reject every article which is unformatted" say- "The unformatted articles are unacceptable."
The words- "Please obey these lines. Otherwise I will reject your article." are too offensive and unwanted display of authority. Why not say, instead- "Please comply with the above guide lines to avoid rejection of article"
The language should be impersonal and in third form without display of personal authority.
I hope my suggestion will be taken in right spirit. I once again congratulate for editorial assignment.

I am supporting Gulshan as your word will make the member (amirkhan)unhappy and he will stop working for boddunan

Mohammad- My word will not make amirkhan unhappy. The words used by Lohit will make him unhappy. I think language should always be polite and impersonal especially if this comes from a person of authority. Thanks for supporting me.
