The below incident happened in a bank in Coimbatore yesterday.

A young main waiting in the counter suddenly got fits and was shaking his hands and legs.So the people nearby called 108 emergency service. Within 10 minutes they came. But on seeing the young man's condition they refused to took him to the hospital and said that as he is not stable and shaking his legs and hands, he may damage the costly equipments in the ambulance. While the people were arguing with the ambulance guys, the young man luckily came to normalcy.

Is money precious than a person's life? Can money return back a person's life? The authorities of 108 emergency service should think about this and avoid these kind of incidents in future.

I agree. The very purpose of 108 emergency is defeated by such indifferent attitude of the ambulance operators.

It is very sad incident. The guy who refused to carry the patient, should be punished for negligence of duty.

It's plainly inhuman to refuse emergency attention to the person who needed it most at that point of time on such ridiculous plea.We are, indeed, getting dehumanized day by day!
i Think its bad . 108 no help should be helpful for all. Same pain is applicable for all age so rule should be same for all.
