This is very innovative. Most of the rich people start the companies in cities and drive the people towards cities. But this idea would drive the people towards the rural areas. I am sure if they provide good benefits to the employees, people would prefer to move rural areas.

Murali, the man behind this project worked for Jansa India an IT organization as MD. And he recruited some Indians for outsourcing Jobs. Among them, majority were from Rural Background. Of course, if compared with the salaries of their region, they are definitely much more. Despite this fact, this income is inadequate because the employee has to live in a city with his family where he has to pay high rents for his house, food and clothing. In this condition , Murali thought that there is no meaning in a highly paid job , if it is inadequate.
After long thinking, Murali arrived to a conclusion. If these Jobs which are located in urban regions are made available to Educated rural youth in their own villages, Youth can gain more .They can get the most modern Jobs directly related to IT and get all the benefits of Digitisation , in an inexpensive way. Because Village life is less expensive compared to urban life.
Its a great initiative. It will help in the development of the interior regions as well as provide employment opportunities. Many big companies are also following the same route. Due to the increasing cost and limited space in urban areas a lot of companies are shifting base to tier 2 and tier 3 cites. Even the govt has created SEZ's ( Special Economic Zones) for the development of the non urban areas and here the govt is providing additional incentives and tax benefits to the companies.
