Santosh, please provide more details in your Question. Do you want to ask about the Farmer Deaths.? Or unfavorable conditions prevailing for Farming . Please make the question more clear,
Farming work is very hard that is why farmers' condition is very bad because they are hard pressed by conditions and there is no one to listen to them. Even their children are opting for government jobs even if the job is of a peon.
In these days, Mechanized farming will take away all the problems of the farmer. Governments are providing loans for buying tractors. In this regard Punjab is much ahead in utilizing the Mechanized farming.

No doubt Punjab is no one state in farming but condition of farmers of Punjab is also not good one. they are also facing problem like burden of loans and decline in production of crops.
farmers are the real hero of our country and we should not wait for the government to do something for them instead of waiting for the government i think we people of India should do something for the farmers who stay nearby or whose children who came into our state for education, i mean should help them at any way we can help them.

We all know farming is a tough job. Its not everybody's cup of tea. Even though government try to help them, conditions haven't changed much. They have been going through mental and physical stress.
Farming is not easy and so is the case with other kinds of jobs too. It is true that the condition of farmers is not very bright and positive today, but those who are more enterprising and have tried to find their own ways are doing prosperously well irrespective of the droughts,. floods or government apathy.
eg. A young farmer in Nagpur, Maharashtra has found an innovative way of pearl farming in fresh waters and is doing it for years in a Naxally-infested region. He did not sit twiddling his thumbs and blaming others for declining rice production which others are facing in that region.

No doubt farming is not easy job. In India farming is depends of rain and it is always uncertain. On other hand some farmers are using new technique of farming and also doing other work which are related with agriculture. Dairy, gardening, farming of vegetables and herbs, production of organic manner and pesticides, these few examples of earning cash with framing.

The most important factor in Indian farming is rain and rain only betray the most sometimes it comes and sometimes it rains so heavily that all the crops are destroyed, so yeah it is very difficult to farm in India unless we use scientific ways of farming.
