Weathermen predicted  that Monsoons would make an entry into Kerala on the 4th and Mangalore would receive rains on the 5th...But by 12 noon the black clouds gathered and it began to pour and we have the typical monsoon look with dark clouds, thunder and lightning and of course the blessed showers

Now the monsoons already touched Kerala. With this we can expect some rains. Here we had drizzling. Of course heat has come down significantly.

At Puri also today's climate is nice without much effect of sun, and during midnight we had one hour of very good rain with two hours of power failure.

At Vizag also there are drizzles. Heat reduced considerably.

No effect of rain now for last two days, but certainly the para of temperature has gone down as the summer was in extreme and now tolerable.

Now the concerned Minister says Monsoons will start as usual. Already the kerala coast experiencing  the monsoons. No chance for drought conditions in the country.

Here is the latest. AP is going to be touched by the monsoon tomorrow according to the weather man..

That's good as we all wait for rain to come as heat is increasing day by day and we hope with the rain temperature will go down.

Really. Right now in my state AP it's raining. Searing heat is gone. Rather it's pleasant.

But there is no sign of rain in Delhi. It's too hot here and we are eagerly waiting for rain to come.

Delhi too will get rain, but it may be delayed. According to IMD, Indian Meteorological Department the entire nation will have monsoon with a difference of few days here and there.

Hope so we too get rain here soon.  I wish if we could have enough rain this time.

Coming of monsoon in India is great news. Lets hope its not deficient as that will do a lot of damage to econony

This year's monsoon is certainly deficient. but the center says there will not be any chances for drought.

As of now , here the quantity of rains in the past week is definitely below normal since Mangalore receives one of the highest rainfalls in the country and  by now we would have had continuous heavy rains which has not happened. But again these are early days, so in a weeks time one can be sure of the situation

Weather forecast from IMD said that the average rainfall would be less this year. But the relief from the unprecedented  Searing heatwave has given  that pleasant Monsoon atmosphere.

According to MET department of Odisha, monsoon now blows away from here and would be returning after ten days and para increases in last one day.

On the whole Monsoon gave much relief after the severe heat.
