From the features according to the given link. I don't see any reasons, why, the system doesn't work. It's compact and easy. You have to give your Aadhar in order to get access.
You are right sir, it is working well. But my question is that will it really minimize the use of carrying physical documents? As we have to show these documents in many places like in interviews, in trains, in banks and many other such places for identity proof and for that we have to carry these documents. We cant open our laptop or mobile phone everywhere to show these documents or we cant get photocopy or printout instantly to show these documents at these places.

I have heard about something first time. I don't know if it can work here in our country, as it may be hard to implement such system in every section. At some field it can work good, but for some fields I think it is hard to completely remove the use of physical documents. That's what I think.

In our country everywhere we need to show hard copy of documents and in mostly places they demand for original documents. This is a good system started by government but I feel that it wont b that much fruitful for us until we have the system of getting checked our documents on laptop or mobile phones.

And we have big group of people who actually don't use more technologies in such things.

I too don't see a reason why this should not work. If we drop it even without trying, then surely digilocker will never work. I think every organization and invidual should start using this to minimize the threat of losing original documents and do away with duplicity.

True... But it can be implement in city area only. I don't think village people will adopt it fast. I mean they are not involved that much in technology.

The problem is not in its functioning but it is in adopting it at every level and every where. Government bank officers are already so lazy in their working that they take time for small documentations also and when we will ask them to check it online I don't think that they will accept it.

Well that will be actually easy for them instead of physical documents. But let's see if they cam implement it everywhere.

I don't understand why people are in a hurry. The link says that " DigiLocker will minimise the use of physical documents and provide authenticity to e-documents." what it means is, Digilocker will alert all the concerned people and agencies, not to question the authenticity of the documents presented by the user.
