We are talking about porn sites here, in most countries porn sites are no crime. If anyone thinks pornography is not for him, stop watching them or set your privacy to that level. One has no right to call it a crime. If it was a crime, I would say we all are criminals.

Seeing anything as a crime or otherwise depends on the society in which you were brought up. If you are brought up in a permissive society it's OK for you. It's not a crime to see pornography.
But it's one face of the coin, what about the other face?

The other face is - turn your face to the side where porn is not visible. You can't put a blanket ban on any site unless it's against the rules.

Society rules are there in which we move ,mix and mediate with your other society members.

That's where the catch is, no one watches porn with society or even family members so it becomes a personal choice where society does not interfere with your personal preferences.

will there be a place in the society where there is no interference ? Watching a porn movie behind my closed room is limited to me . But. I'm not the society. Its a group of individuals. Let's see the things in a larger canvas.

Friends of same taste including couples also watch porn TV. It is case of birds of a feather flocking together.

I think it is not possible to block them completely.. I mean there are many ways to access the sites even they ban the sites for Indian ip addresses.. There are many tricks available using people can access them even they are blocked. So it is hard to block them.

It is the same age old flow theory, where a person tries hard to find the middle path between, intensity and involvement, that is why, creator of one of most famous Apple store game namely Flappy Bird and Thessis have to be withdrawn because they are too additive.
