Parental blocking is a must, otherwise, teenagers who are prone to these commit heinous crimes, and this can break their mind and create curve feelings and that can have damaging effects to society.

With Windows 8.1 with standard account parental blocking is easier and can be guided through your mail and in case of Android if you have Android Kit Kat then standard account can be opened easily.
