I know that much has been written about the topic earlier too, but I did find that some remedies given here are not very well known and are as easy to apply as they are inexpensive too.

    Excellent article Kalyani , lots of very useful tips ! Ultimately of course what really matters is 50% what you eat and 50% how you care for your hair !

    Very true Usha...if all one eats is junk food, then no matter what remedies you use on hair, they are of no use!


    Unless you have miracle genes like some women have you really need to take care . There is a maid here who works in different houses eats what is given to her but her hair is really something ! It is thick, lustrous and reaches her hips.She does maintain it neatly but I would say it is what she is born with, which most of us cannot hope for ...

    The article might help me because my hair is starting to fall. Everyday I experience hair fall, I am really afraid, and don't want to visit the doctor because of this measly reason. Let me try these tips. Will update soon. :)

    These home remedies especially the combination of Reeta phal, shikakai and amla and a paste of Fenugreek leaves are both easy and effective

    Nice and useful tips for beautiful hair. I think homemade shampoo is good for dandruff also.
    I have a dandruff problem. So, I definitely try it.
