Little sleep is different from inadequate sleep in the sense that your body did not receive the minimum amount of sleep that it's spposed to have. This is inadequate sleep. Little sleep means a sleep that lasts not more than 10- 15 minutes during day time and is called 'Cat Nap' is helpful for the body.

Sleep depraved people are known to beome mentally incoherent and sometimes go berserk....For those who have a very heavy schedule, even a short 10 minut power nap works wondres refreshing them immediately ..

Adequate sleep rejuvenates and recharges your spent out energy. One who can sleep without any interruptions during night is considered as lucky.
