True...I think that since red is the colour of blood, it came to be associated with passion. Since quite early on, romance both of carnal type and adventure type was never complete without tales of blood-letting duels and wars etc. Hence is probably associated with that!

Welll....human beings always have been the most bloodthirsty of all living beings, and the situation has not changed even a bit in the 21st century, although means may have changed! That is why red colour always attracts! :cheer: :cheer:

Friends when we see the colour red, the first idea that comes to our mind is danger. If red is danger than why do we represent our love with red. I am confused. :silly:
Maybe because love is dangerous :evil:
It has resulted in many broken hearts and divorces, unfortunately :(

This is a good answer. I feel that there is no hard and fast rule to express love with the colour red. We can present our love with the colour which we like and our beloved likes.
