Most of the herbs and spices we use daily have some or the other medicinal and healing qualities, that's why turmeric, which is supposed to have antibiotic qualities is used in almost all dishes ...Ginger,lemon,honey ,coriander, jeera ,pepper are all known to contain nutrients ..
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

I often take tulsi green tea when I feel that some allergy is going to invade me .. :laugh: It really works and also relieves from stress or tiredness.. if consumed with honey. :)

:) Yes it can be prevented with herbs. Tulsi, black pieper and ginger is best one herbs to prevent common cold. These three herbs improve and strong our immunity system.
Whenever a season change takes place, we become vulnerable to some seasonal ailments, especially common cold.
I don’t know if you are aware of it or not, common cold cannot be cured or prevented by antibiotics because it's a virus?
But it can be prevented by Herbs, Spices and Food.
