In my opinion too, there is no substitute to hard work. Commitment and hard work are two different things, I guess. But if these two come together, then that becomes Sachin Tendulkar - the Sachin Tendulkar.

The greatness of Sachin Tendulkar is that he never considered himself great. That is why he was always down to earth. That made him a man more than a superman. That is why his words should be taken seriously.
