Haryana government has decided to provide free travel facility to cancer patients in state roadways buses.

Actually it's a good decision. Both treatment and transportation should be provided at free of cost.

I think this would be a costly affair to travel by those free bus services. I would prefer not to take advantage of this one. :whistle:

Government bus service without any security guard in it, is useless. It is good that Cancer patients would receive free service.

It is good move by the government and now awareness should also be there on cancer. as early detection can cure it too.

Although I am happy with it, I have to add that in India all the facilities are generalized. Why should not we add the economic criterion to determine eligibility. You might say that only economically weaker sections prefer bus travel!

I would have preferred government to compensate for the travel cost reimbursed to needy ones. This facility would take lot of effort to utilize by the poor people.
