Human being has no limit. They have reached into the space, almost nearest to the moon. Humans have also reached under the earth. We can do anything.

It will be unrealistic to say that there is no limit. There are limits of finance, talent, time, space etc. But the limits are not fixed for all times. Planning and budgeting are necessary only because of limit. The entire economic problems are based on limit of resources. The space program also have some limits.

All human limits are manufactured In the brain. We created them and we are scared of those limitations created by us. Let me tell you an example. Americans were struggling to develop a ball point pen for their astronaut in accordance with the law of weightlessness in the space. At the same time, the Russians came up with an idea that left Americans stunned. Russians used a pencil instead of Ball point pen. Yes, where the Americans thought that there is nothing beyond ball pen, Russians seen beyond those lines and used a pencil. Now you tell me where the limits have gone for Americans and where the limits were seen for the Russians. The limits you are saying look at a glance they are insurmountable. But once impossibles also looked insurmountable and intimidating. Once running a mile under 4 minutes was considered as impossible. Sir Roger Bannister has proved nothing Is impossible and nothing is having limits.

It's the same thing I quoted in a post , but asked an explanation clearly. Thank you :)

They are two different instances. The idea is to project man’s contradicting dual nature. The first one is man against nature. The other one is Man against himself. In both the cases man’s foolishness is mirrored. In both the cases man failed to estimate the strength of his opponent. in the former case man overestimated himself and cut a sorry figure before his stronger opponent. In the other case man underestimated himself and failed to act in tune with his inner potentialities.
Man is a bundle of contradictions. I reiterate. ‘Limits’ are myths.’

Limits are definitely real. You cannot ignore reality. These are not fixed and can change. But even after change, there remains some limit. Rightly said that man overestimated in some cases and underestimated in other. To say that there is no limit would be overestimation.

I too would agree with that, an individual can do only so much in his life time and even among those things he will be able to achieve only those that work to his favor...we win some and we lose some, that is the truth of life !

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Favor? Anyone can win if the conditions are favorable. Greatness lies in winning in hostile conditions. Helen keller, Beethoven became champions under the most adverse conditions

Beg to differ with you. Limits are our imagination. Had they are real, we would be still living in caves. Agreed, they change. They are the ever changing constants.

Limits are limits. Limits change. These are relative to particular time, technology, place. These are definitely real. If you can change something, this does not mean that this is unreal. Reality has nothing to do with permanence or possibility of raising limit in future. The limit during caveman time was small. This became big. This may become still bigger in future. But this does not make limit unreal.

Limits depend on our dreams too!
If our dreams are small, they have less limitations and if you aim high, there may be many limitations....
Limitations can be obstacles as well. When we are able to overcome hindrances in our success path, we are seeing ourselves above, at least some limitations!

if a small limit during caveman’s time becomes bigger and likely to become bigger, it speaks of one thing. That the so called limits existed during caveman’s time are not real. And they are not constants. The man realized that belief that i can do more will lead to evolution, and this led to invention of wheel. Limits are there, but they are expandable. Not constant. That’s why we are seeing constant evolution. To what extent this expansion of limits will lead, no one can say.
In this thread, my limit has crossed.

Yes that's the real truth that no one can analyze. people just have to keep expanding those limits for extraordinary results
