Can you live with out mobile and internet connection for a week?

When time goes on , people will completely addicted to the internet and mobile as now mobile has became an organ of the people.

Yes if I have t.v. with channels then I can live without mobile and internet connection.

from one week i kept my phone switch off, just want get habituated without mobile. so am success now i need to try tv , internet and laptop.

I do not mean 'no food'. Normally, you take no food or only fruits and milk. I meant 'vrata' . The fast is called 'vrata' in Hindi. There are many types of vrata. In 'maun vrata' you do not speak but can take food. So, in 'mobile vrata' you will eat food but not use mobile phone.

We cannot live without food and water only. Other things it not more necessary to live.
