First go to google and type adsense and then read carefully the tool .In boddunan already discussed many times. go to some earlier posting.
You should have a blog and that should be minimum 6 months old and then you can apply for adsense.

Your blog need to have 6 months age and the blog should be active. Then after 6 months you have to apply for adsense through adsense.com. Then adsense people take one or two weeks time to review your blog completely. then they will send you mail whether they have approved your account or not.

I made my blog in june so i need to wait for more 3 months. Actually i sent request to adsense and it was rejected ....
if i change my blog address name do once again i need to wait for more six months?
