Most of the ads that we get to see make no sense at all .However there are some which are good like for example;- The Ambuja cement ad with Boman Irani, where they are trying to break down a wall , the Oral B Ad with Madhuri Dixit and the Raymond suiting ad with mother and son ...

Using links to other sites to advertise something is definitely not recommended but in this case, we are only talking about ads that are fun and creative so an occasional link is not wrong. But this allowance should be used with caution and only where it is required, if you start posting links to ads that are shown daily, it is useless.
I posted the link to Rolo ad because its very old and is never shown anywhere now. The ads that are shown regularly need not be posted here, mere reference is okay! I hope I am clear! As to the link Rajani has posted, its only a single link and its okay! BUt I would advise everyone against posting more links!
When Rasna girl Tharuni Sachdev met with a plane crash in Nepal, I started a thread. But only a few people here identified her though she acted in more than 300 ads. I thought, it's against rules to post ad links at that time.

2 Malayalam movies, 1 tamil movie and 2 Bollywood movies.....Koi Mil Gaya and Paa.

Actually, she acted as girl friend of Big B...perhaps the youngest co-star till now.
I find that Amitabhs ads on Gujrat tourism were really good with some classy photo shots of interesting spots from Gujarat, other than that I find all the ads that the present day stars act in are quite silly and unimpressive, the onlt thing impressive about them is the amount of money paid to them ! :dry:
