What are the reasons behind the road accidents

Bad road conditions, Unawareness of traffic rules, Talking in the mobile while driving etc leads to road accidents.

Yes, most of the cases the road accidents are occur due to the carelessness of the people both the driver and the traveller. I think awareness program will help to avoid it.

We should be very careful when coming and going

Road crossing and safety rules should be known to all of us. While crossing road or walking on street be very careful and alert. Many people while driving their cars or two wheelers don't follow traffic or safety rules. They should be caught and seriously punished. Rest depends on our luck.

Most of the accidents on highways is because of the midnight travelling and also due to bright lights. The opposite vehicles just put high beam light and drive in full fast. we cant able to see the road for few minutes as this leads to accident. :(

Most of the boys are driving there vehicles without the license or less than the age of license. And also they are driving at a speed of more than 80km/hour. This is also a problem. This problem is mainly due to the careless of the parents. If they take proper advantages then it will be solved.

The reasons behind the road accidents are many-bad road condition.Carelessness and driver of immature brain, violating traffic rules.

There 3 main reasons for most of the road accidents. they are 1)cellphone talking while travelling
2) Drunk driving
3) Negligence driving

Now mobile is main reason .We should not attend any call while driving.

People stopped using mobile while driving but instead of them, they are using ear phones. which is more dangerous

Most of the time because of carelessness and lack of concern for other vehicles.Overtaking without having a clear frontal view is another major cause.Speeding on the highways and going out of control is also a cause..

Population and vehicles on road has increased many fold. But it's not the case of roads and foot paths. What else reason is needed for the sudden increase of accidents

I think the carelessness is the main reason of accidents.People normally don't care for others while driving they don't care for the traffic rules and some day met an accident. :blink:

Rod accident has become a severe problem.People while driving talk in their mobile phone,Are sometime drunken.Two wheeler they do not use helmet.If people are careful and avoid using all those which are abusive then this accident can be stopped.

Sometime they don't talk but listen to music through ear phones which also lead to accidents.Here in Delhi where most of the people don't have road sense and they think breaking traffic signals nothing which in most of the cases become cause of road accidents. :blink:

of course, carelessness is the first reason......both in past and present.
But earlier, since crowd is less, many accidents have not happened. But now, people needed to be more vigilant while driving than before

That shows how good or bad our RTOs are .Compared to foreign countries our licencing system is a joke , where anybody could get a licence, so much so that the moment you show your international driving licence to get permission to drive in other countries they laugh at you ...we have such a poor record in the eyes of other developed countries ! I sincerely wish that something substantial is done by the authorities...
