We all have responsibilities to question them But no one is taking this as a serious thing.
People have expectations from MPs for development and even personal things. People in fact contact them and they help them many times this may be even out of way. No politician ever denies any thing even if he cannot. The M.P. in Agra is always involved in various agitations. He even quarreled with Electricity company about consumer bills etc. Many times, people are wrong and they even steal electricity. Still the MP favors them.
We had a famous film star as M.P. But he changed party and despite promises could do nothing. Being insincere, he was defeated.
M.P. cannot ignore voters. Candidates spend heavy amount for party ticket and even after that success in election is not guaranteed.

The MPs are there in parliament to see to it that the constituency they represent its due share and what they made promises of. I know every promise they made is neither possible to take a shape nor possible but what should be the reason that most of the MPs forget to come back to the place they were elected from. They even try to avoid meeting people who wish to approach them on certain issues. They only make sugar coated promises and mere talks while in house, they have no serious concern about the real problems. They have so many other issues to talk about rather than looking in to problems of commoners.
