How to get rid of Tonsil problem?

Hi friends..

I am having this problem from starting. Not every time but mostly whenever I drink cold drink I always face tonsil problem.

Just couple of days before, I had cold drink and now from last two days I am having this problem.. And today it is the worst.. :(

Can anyone suggest me some good idea to cure it? :whistle:
