I dont know of city of rivers.. but land of 5 rivers is punjab and mountainous country is haiti
City of grapes may be in california as it is largest producer.

There is a book called 'Student's Companion' which gives such info and many more, donno if still coming.. it is by wilfred D best.. maybe you can check out..
