But that's not good to hand over the certificates to the firm i always avoid to do it and i know in some of the companies its a rule.If i find that there ia a rule in a particular company i don't join it then. :)

Isha,i think to leave you have to give a strong reason.So,make some reason about salary or of your work place is not good, and that's why you are leaving.
