Thats why we should take alot of precautionaryly in food habits. We should never have sugar directly as it inject in our blood directly and this causes diabetes or some other problems

In diabetes insulin is not produced in the required quantity and hence insulin is given in the form of injection externally in diabetic patients.
There is no cure for diabetes. Excess insulin production is also dangerous and less production of insulin is also dangerous
