Later he went to jail. recently he got release from jail. On the release day itself the brother of that girl poured Acid on that culprit.brother said this revenge.

Vinod the incident happend in ANDHRA PRADESH. I dont know which district it happend. I saw it in tv. When law is not giving correct support and law is sold in the market and the culprit is not punished then its good that we only punish.
Hanging is justified only in cases of terrorism, heinous murder and mutiny against state. But even in such grave cases, it is not possible to hang the convict for political reasons.
Murderer of ex Punjab C.M. is sentenced to death. But there is political pressure not to hang him. His hanging has been stayed.
will it not be better to abolish death sentence totally.
