This needs to be further elucidated. The innovations and inventions are mostly team work. The organizations have R & d divisions that constantly carry out research and come out with innovations as a result of team work.

As it is said that it is just an idea which can change the world!The ideas of Newton,Einstein revolutonized the way the world thought! I think it is true those earth-shaking ideas come from individuals.

An idea can be formed by a group of people.. final form can be involved through a group.. But always the initial step will be taken as an individual...
