It is a truth. Tablets provided artificially can never be an alternative for fresh fruits and vegetables. Go for natural food rather than buying expensive pills. They not only bring diseases, but also affects the over all immunity and health of the body for sure.

If proper food is taken, there is no need of taking pills...anyhow they are made of chemicals only.....so at some point they would prove to be fatal.......

Sure, unless a proper diagnosis is performed that says one needs a particular vitamin additionally, that if taken gores out of the system without making any useful impact. It may harm otherwise.
