How bad this is even they know fact of this why they are not leaving this habbit.

    Smoking is harmful. This may cause fatal cancer. All including smokers know this. But the possibility of cancer is remote. All smokers do not suffer from this. This is just a possibility. Sir Winston Churchill was a chain smoker besides a heavy consumer of beer. Yet he led a healthy long life. As against this, pleasure of smoking is immediate and certain. who will forgo an immediate sure joy for the fear of an uncertain risk.

    Apart from cancer, there are numerous common ailments which could linked to smoking. COPD is very common amongst compulsive smokers!

    But another bad news is Gulshan and chinmoy jee's the persons who affected due to smoking air has several deaths than smokers.

    Smoking is not good for health this is known to all smokers but still what they are saying is i can feel free from stress when i smoke. the only way to stop smoking is keeping the mind busy and avoiding friendship with smokers and the most important thing is that smoker need to build his mind to stop smoking.

    In-spite of so many dangers of health, smoking is on the rise. The younger generation is seen to be falling a prey to this bad habit. This is in spite of the fact that a lot of publicity regarding harmful effects of smoking is being given through the press, the radio and the television...!

    For every 6.5 second one person is dying due to this smoking in world wide 70% smokers are youth.

    I agree. That is why smoking is banned in public places for preventing passive smoking.
