Pune Bomb Blast- A tragedy; India is still not safe and serious. What's your take on this?

The security lapse occurs because we are preoccupied with wrong things. Our priority should be food sufficiency and security. It goes without saying that our leaders are not giving due priority to security and defence.

Looking at the dimension of the problem of terrorism,it is always desirable to have a system which would ensure that not s single terrorist attack takes place claiming innocent lives and injuring many others.But that is simply not possible pragmatically.A terrorist needs to be successful just once out of any number attempts he makes and the security people even if they succeed 99 times out 100 in foiling the attacks would be subject to criticism!
