Thank for the post. Most people take tea. It is nice to know that this improves memory. It would be better to specify which vegetables and fruits add memory. The non veg can increase their memory by taking fish.

there have been many topics in the forums here that tell us not to drink tea.now i am confused.,.....

Fish and vegetables i knew but tea and fruits are also there in this list. good to know.thanks
All vegetables and fruits are healthy. But too much tea is quite not healthy for us.

Yes, having too much tea is unhealthy, ofcourse having anything too much is not at all good
